Sites providing a greater proportion of original content versus links and advertising are favored. |
|
Sites that are hosted by free page services (for example, Freetown, Geocities, Tripod) are not accepted. |

The site cannot contain any adult content or link to any adult materials. |

The site content cannot infringe on any personal, intellectual property, or copyrights, including but not limited to:
- Racial, ethnic or political
- MP3 Warez or ROM files
- Investment advice, or money-making opportunities not permitted under law.

Once we sign a campaign for your site, we will send you the script code in HTML format, which is to be added to your site to display the banners. Members may not alter the click2advertising insertion code. Any changes must be authorized by a click2advertising representative. Autospawning of browsers, automatic redirecting of users, blind links, using javascript to force users to click on the banners or any other technique of generating automated click-throughs is strictly prohibited. |

We will seek your approval on the acceptance of client's banners prior to running the campaign on your site. |
|
All banner advertising revenue due to Publishers will be settled every quarter. |
|
House banners will be served on to publisher's sites between campaigns and will not be counted as a part of clients campaign. |
|
The Publishers contract shall be automatically renewed for successive periods and may be cancelled by giving one week's notice at any time by notification in writing via e-mail. |

Indemnification - members agree to indemnify and hold click2advertising harmless from and against any and all claims, demands, liabilities, expenses, losses, damages and attorney fees arising from any and all claims and lawsuits for libel, slander, copyright, and trademark violation as well as all other claims resulting from member's or advertiser's web pages. |

Removal from Network - click2advertising reserves the right to remove any member's site that is found abusing the network in any way. |

Modifications - click2advertising reserves the right to change the Member terms and conditions at any time. Please contact us if you have questions about the interpretation of any term set forth here. |
